When we met Lidiana, she came across as friendly and energetic. As first-time-parents, this made it easier to decide to send our son to Rain or Shine, but it still didn't make it easy. After having spent every day with him for a year, it was beyond difficult entrusting his care to someone we had just met. After having our son at her daycare for a while, we've found those qualities to be true, and through her interactions with me, my wife, and with our son, we also found that she's sweet, caring, motherly, and trustworthy. She's a mother of three beautiful kids, and it shows in the way that interacts with and cares for the children at her daycare. As we've gotten to know her, we started to realize how lucky we were to find such a responsible, well-rounded human being to care for our son. She keeps her place clean, provides multiple meals per day for the kids, takes them on a field trip to the library or the park almost every day, has a large backyard for them to play in, and most importantly, the children are always happy when I'm there. They look engaged in what they're doing or with the adult they're with, and they always have someone watching over them, whether it's Lidiana herself, or her amazing helper, Jojo. When you watch them interact with the children, you just know that they actually care about them. They're not overextended and don't mind just getting down on the ground with the kids to spend time with them at the pace that they need. If we have another child, we're definitely sending them to Rain or Shine.
